Community Association Manager
Penny Carter has been a community association manager since 2009. She has earned the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and attends continuing education classes throughout the year to stay abreast of changes in the industry required for ongoing re-certification. Penny has also earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI); an internationally recognized organization for professional Community Association Managers. Penny started her career in HOA management as a customer service representative before becoming an assistant manager and later a certified community association manager. She brings a broad range of knowledge to her managerial position, having spent additional time cross-training in the areas of accounting, escrows as well as collections. Penny embraces the challenge of multi-tasking to meet deadlines while providing exceptional service to each community she works with. Count on Penny to show up with a can-do, positive attitude toward helping her board members and community members enjoy the place they call home.
