Pay Assessments


1. ACH Draft – access the form with instructions
2. Credit Card / E-Check
3. Debit from Checking
--a. Select HOA Online Payments on the left-hand side of the screen. --b. Once you are on the log-in page, go to New User/One-Time Payment Option and input the following information: --c. Company ID-Association ID-Unit ID: 0047-000(Association ID)-Account Number (must use dashes and uppercase letters). Find your Association ID here. --d. Enter property zip code This will bring you to the payment page where you will answer the questions and make a payment for the month. If you should need any assistance, please call the Union Bank Help Line at (800) 836-5184. Please note that any payments made after 2pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day.
4. Pay via U.S. mail – Please make checks payable to your association and
mail to:

• Service Request Form – Use the service request form on our website. Please allow 24 hours for a response. Submitting multiple requests may slow the team’s ability to respond.

All office visits require an appointment to ensure the HMC staff members who may need to be available for your visit are present and to ensure your visit is successful. Mon – Thurs 8:30AM to 5:00PM Closed for lunch 12:00PM to 1:00PM Fri 8:30AM to 1:30PM
