HMC also takes a different approach to management fees — our base management fee includes many of the monthly “extras” or office expenses that other management companies charge separately for. Our Team
Jason Brown, Owner/President
Jason Brown has over 20 years of experience in business management, financial analysis, commercial and consumer lending, and real estate. In addition to being a Licensed Broker and Certified Community Association Manager, Jason is an active member of several state and national organizations related to HOA management. These professional affiliations and designations help Jason stay current on industry changes and ensure that his team receives continuous training to address the ever-changing needs of their clients.
Eva Denis, Accountant
Eva has been with HMC since 2001 and oversees our Accounting department. Eva has over 20 years experience as a professional accountant. Her knowledge of HOA accounting and attention to details help our clients feel confident their association’s funds are being handled prudently. Thanks to Eva, your association’s financial reports are on time, accurate and easy to understand.
Cindy Ciampi, Escrows & Administrative
Cindy joined the HMC team at the beginning of 2001. You can rely on Cindy to make sure your HOA’s governing documents are properly maintained as changes occur. Cindy ensures all escrow and refinance demands are responded to promptly and accurately and that each new homeowner receives a complete set of the association’s governing documents, rules and regulations. Cindy’s helpful and responsive nature are often the source of compliments from our associations' members.
Claudia Smith, Accounts Receivable
Claudia has led our Accounts Receivable department since our company’s founding in 1989. As one of our original employees, Claudia is a tremendous resource with 20 years experience in HOA accounting and collections procedures. Claudia treats each member, delinquent or otherwise, with courtesy and respect, using a professional and helpful approach.
